A new data bank with unlimited storage is created inside the Dess Net system every time an
intelligent species connects to its network for the first time.
The purpose of those data banks is to give all species the chance to be able to write the information their specie has discovered and be able to instantly share it if needed, the Dess Net data bank can also be shared with allied races.
